In 1994 the Wolpin Company purchased Don Lee Distributors. At that time Don Lee Distributed its products in Oakland and Macomb Counties and half of Wayne County. The Wolpin Company distribution area was confined to Wayne County. Due to a similar product mix, the synergies were most favorable. TCB maintained the two firm format of Don Lee with one servicing Oakland County and Macomb and the other Wayne. The Wolpin Company chose the names Tri-County Beverage Dearborn and Tri-County Beverage Warren.
