In most cases, these studies include equipping individual workers with a personal air sampling pump and the appropriate sampling media to be worn on the worker during typical work activities. The sample will be collected for the duration of the work activities and analytical results will be calculated for an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA).

AHERA requires local educational agencies to inspect their schools for Asbestos Containing Building Materials (ACBM) and prepare a management plan that make recommendations for the reduction of asbestos hazards. TriAD provides a wide range of services dealing with asbestos in schools. We can conduct an initial ACBM survey and prepare a full management plan. If the school system already has a management plan in place, we can provide six-month periodic surveillances and/or three-year re-inspections.
