TriCon was founded by Jason Crawford and Noel Nash in 2004 after many years in the industry together. Jason got his start in the construction industry during his summers in high school in South Florida working for Milord Development and Construction. It was there where he first realized the expectation for quality customer service was as important as the finished product. He worked for franchise builder Arthur Rutenberg Homes, before starting TriCon in 2004, and furthered his skills in high-end design, construction, and remodeling.
