The firm was established in 1998 as Republic Fleet Services. As the firm grew and expanded its financial and geographic footprints, it became apparent that Fleet Services only partially described the business. In 2006, the firm acquired Endeavor Leasing and subsidiaries and is in the process of fully converting the overall corporate identity to Endeavor Financial Services.
