TS HEAT & AIR. Was set up in 1983 and is still family owned & operated. Terry Shinn, president and founder of the firm, is in the office every day. TS Heat & Air operates 17 fully staffed trucks in the Oklahoma City metro area. TS HEAT & AIR. Specializes in domestic installations and service. We install approximately 1500 systems per year. In our new construction division we work with over 65 professional homebuilders and with individuals who are building their new homes.
