The two person crew contacted me and arrived 30 minutes before the originally scheduled time which was perfect from my standpoint. They were polite, got to work instantly, any everything they did was thorough and tested. Mike was friendly, prompt, courteous and recommended a repair to our garage door which he was able to do the same day. The costs were reasonable and he did not try to upsell me into a new door. If I need another repair or when we are at the point of needing a new garage door I will call them again.
