Although if prior instructions were not given to the sales staff to be placed on the order, and no one is there to accept the order, we will generally just leave everything at the job site, except for tents. Tents must be set up by U.S. Tent Rental licensed and insured employees. If you believe the crew working for you has gone above and beyond to help make your event successful, gratuities are accepted by the crew leader only and dispersed at his discretion.
