They handled difficult truck parking issues at both start and finish, answered dumb questions without visible annoyance, and made the deeply unpleasant experience of moving just that much more tolerable.
Back at the office, Chili answered the phones with patience, gave me a very accurate moving time estimate, and helped us deal with a possible last-minute cancellation that thankfully was not necessary.

After receiving a very reasonable quote on my 1 room apartment, they set up the appointment quickly and everything afterwards was handled professionally. Sal and Ezekiel showed up 8:30 am, got to work, and by 10 am I was completely moved out and in. I got to spend the rest of my day unpacking organizing my new apartment instead of loading and unloading. Affordable, professional, and efficient. Unfortunately, Unicorn was not able to get me on their schedule for my new date but I sure wish I had the opportunity for them to move me instead of who I had to go with! Unicorn packed up my kitchen for me anyway and it only took two hours and the guys were great. They packed everything so well and nothing got broken. So happy with Unicorn and will definitely make sure to use them next time no matter what the date turns out to be!

Great job!
I hate packing and moving. Needless to say I was very anxious when Ray and Raul from Unicorn showed up (in their masks) for my move because I literally only had 3 boxes packed. They were awesome in helping me get everything I needed to my new place. They were very diligent, hard working and they were also very thoughtful. I seriously was waiting to be shamed for my piss poor packing but they never did. First move I've made where I didn't have a panic attack and I owe it all to them. Did I mention very reasonably priced also. Value for Money

Al and Ledon were the best movers I've had. They both were professional, very nice, took care of my stuff and I'm glad they moved me. Ledon even fixed my bed frame so now my bed is as sturdy as when I first bought it. I would highly recommend this team to anyone and everyone. Not only were they careful, kind and professional but they're extremely fast. I was amazed how strong these guys are. Value for Money

We had a great experience with Unicorn Moving & Storage!
The movers, Brent and Rick, were prompt and tremendously helpful. We had more boxes than we anticipated during the move (you figure out how much stuff you have when you go through it all - it can be so overwhelming), however, they were able to adjust the cost without any issues. In addition, they were able to load everything quickly without harming any of our belongings. They were transparent with what they were going to do during the entire process.We compared the cost of their services to other moving companies in the area and found them to be the most reasonably priced company.
My husband and I could not have asked for a better company to work with! If we ever need to move again, we would definitely use their services. We would recommend them to anybody in the Austin area!

I used unicorn moving and storage to move a heavy tv console from one house to another. The price was beyond fair and Zeke and Chris were very professional. I requested a call ahead and mask wearing! They called before hand and had masks on when they arrived! They even took the time to wrap my console in blankets and tape to prevent any damage. It was one item to move and they took such great care of that item... I can imagine how careful they are when they move an entire house! I will use them again In the future! Value for Money
