One of the best service companies Ive come across. They answered the phone on the first call, provided a two hour window and followed back up directly with me once they were 30 minutes out.

Mike, the technician who serviced my repair was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in his craft. He not only took the time to do a great job in repairing, but also fine tuned everything to create less stress on the opener overall. He also went above and beyond in explaining to me how I can keep maintenance up by applying grease on the springs in hinges routinely. Mike was very personable and polite in addition to being an absolute professional!

Mike (technician) came in very quickly to my place looked at the issue of my garage door. The spring was broken and he replaced quickly within less than an hour. He explained everything regarding the door mechanism and all of the door parts that can possibly stop the door operation.
He did an excellent job and quick worked. He is friendly person that can easy explain and answer any question related to the door.

I used Yelp to reach out to multiple companies. I was completely overwhelmed as each company contacted me one after the other. When Mike showed up, he was courteous enough to wait until I finished to who I was speaking to. When the other company drove off, Mike told me he would beat any price the other companies gave me if I could give him the work today and he sure did! He explained everything to me well enough for me to understand as Im a new homeowner and didnt know what I was dealing with. Mike was quick and efficient. Let me know how to do proper maintenance as well. Best part is he said if Im having issues, I can call whenever and hell come out as he doesnt live too far from me. Thanks for all your help, Mike!

Steve is excellent, fast and professional. I was having issues with my garage door and texted him last night. He was at my house early this morning and took care of the issue quickly. He previously replaced the motor on my garage door and did an excellent job. Very reliable and knowledgeable.

Sunday 9am i realized my garage door was not working (with car inside and day full of kids' chores). Spring was broken.
By 11:30AM the garage door was working again. New springs plus chain oiled. The price was great... they didnt try to take advantage of the situation. I really appreciate the service and will highly recommend to anyone i know.

Urgent Garage Doors was a life saver!!! We broke our garage door yesterday on the weekend and were so stressed. The garage door was hit off the track and the spring needed to be replaced. I called them up and they showed up the next day within the timeframe they promised. They were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They were also fast and fair priced. I had a major issue with my garage door! The springs were broken, and the opener stopped working, so I couldnt get my car out. I called Urgent Garage Doors and they showed up fast and ready to help. Steve quickly replaced the broken springs and even fixed the opener on the spot. He explained everything clearly and made sure the door was running smoothly before leaving. Technician Mike called me 20 minutes before and arrived on time. He diagnosed and explained the problem and what are the different options I can choose from and he asked me to decide giving best value for money and longer life.

Quick and friendly service from the receptionist to the technician Mike. The receptionist was very nice and polite. She was able to arrange a technician to come to our home within a hour of calling. Mike called 20 minutes before he arrived as promised. Mike was so professional, very kind, trustworthy and efficient. He explained our garage system was from 2012 and he was happy to either salvage it or update it with a new system. We didnt feel any pressure or get a sales vibe from him. We trusted what he recommended. Mike was also detail-oriented and was so kind to help straighten out and reinforce a metal bar on our garage door that had a dent even before we decided to move forward with the project. He recommended spraying our springs with WD40 once a month because our garage door is made of wood and very heavy. Overall we had an excellent experience!

The spring on my 2 car garage door broke last night. Today I called a few places, but no one had availability today. I kept looking and stumbled across Urgent Garage Doors (UGD) who had many great reviews. At 4pm, I called and spoke with Steve (the owner I think). He asked me to send him a few pictures and then gave me what I feel was a reasonable quote (having no other quotes to compare to). He said he could have his tech there between 5 & 6pm today. In less than an hour, Mike from UGD showed up and went right to work. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and communicated very well. My single spring was replaced with dual springs as recommended for increased safety. It only took Mike 35 minutes from the time he pulled into my driveway until the time he left. I'm a total do-it-yourself-er, but for the convenience, speed, and price, this was a no brainer. I will keep UGD (and specifically Mike) on speed dial for any future repairs /replacements !!!!

Highly highly recommend this company! David the technician showed up an hour earlier the projected time! I had an issue with broken springs and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with giving me information of what needs to be replaced and doesnt force anything that I dont need. He was very friendly and very efficient with his work and was able to do in leas than an hour! You can just tell he knows what hes doing. I reached out to other companies and it was either they didnt have an availability or they required me to take photos and required more information. When i reached out to Davis and his company it was simple! They just asked what was broken and they will tell you when their next availability is. Im very happy with this company, service and their work!

Victor and David were great to work with. I received 3 quotes from different companies and they were by far the most professional and gave the best rates. They replaced both of my side gates and I will most likely have them do my garage as well in the future.
