I am beyond grateful for the quick response when I called Utah Disaster Team. I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that had made its way to the main floor. Their prompt action ensured the damage I had was minimal. They were honest and upfront about everything they needed to do and made sure I understood the process completely! both of our experiences with Utah Disaster team has been amazing. both times they were quick to respond, honest about their work, straight forward about our options with no hidden fees, and very empathetic to our situation. using them to get our flooding under control I'm our basement after sump pump failed with all the extra moisture was the best decision and made our troubles so lightened. highly encourage everyone to employ this business.

Incredibly honest team. They were very responsive even during an incredibly busy time. We had so much water coming in to our basement and they always easy to have come out to take out more water. The owner also really cared about our disaster and financial situation and made sure we were taken care of.

Such a great experience, they came out same day, gutted the water damage and setup fans. Dave made sure I have the repair process going by communicating with me and the contractor. He really made a terrible situation much easier.

They were super responsive and able to come assess our water damage the day we called. We worked with Mike and he was so great to work with. He told us small fixes we could do ourselves to mitigate the problem and where it would make sense to have him step in which I appreciated as it showed he wasn't trying to just get more money from us but actually work with what's best for us.They were quick and did a really great job. 100% would recommend and use them again.

We had a flood recently and it made a huge mess, I called two other companies and they acted as if they didnt want my business! I called this company Utah Disaster Team and they were very professional and I couldnt believe how quick they showed up! They did an amazing job! These guys are honest. They came to start cleanup and tested the walls and carpet for moisture & said, you dont really need our services, we could clean your carpet if you like
But the moisture level is safe & is dry enough

Quick and professional company helped me out when I needed it the most. My upstairs bathroom flooded for three days while we were out of town Which caused a massive flood and they were able to do such a professional job and fix all the water damage in a timely manner. Dave came out at 4 pm on a Friday evening and stayed till 1130pm to take care of what I thought was a simple leaking pipe, but turned out to be a sewer line. While the outcome was way worse than what I had thought it was going to be Dave was awesome. Quick to reapond to my text, patient with my girls who were very interested in what he was doing. I cant recommend his service enough. Its sucks when you have to call a disaster team but it was a pleasure to work with him.
