Val Vista Animal Hospital

I grew up in the tiny town of Alpine, Utah. My back yard was the mountains so having mountains to tell me which way is E and W is significant to my sense of direction (or lack of it) Even these rocky, cacti filled mountains of the Valley aid me feel grounded. My youth revolved around my pets, especially my horses. It took me until I was in college that I found I was interested in science as well. I received an undergraduate degree in Zoology and a masters in Teratology. I went on to receive a doctorate from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
