As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization established to promote and encourage the talent and ability of young musical artists in performing arts, Valley Arts and Entertainment was established in 2003 and received its non-profit status in March 2006. Valley Arts Music Scholarship Program was set up in 2006. Mission Statement. Our goal is to supply scholarships to help underserved middle school, high school and/or college students (pursuing a college degree in any musical discipline) in improving and enhancing their musical skills, talents and abilities.
