Our goal is to collect accounts assigned by our customers. We'll pursue all allowable methods necessary to collect these accounts including, but not limited to, making pre-suit demands, filing of lawsuits, wage garnishments, bank account attachments, property liens, etc. We recognize however, that cooperating with clients who cooperate with us, who express a willingness to pay and who will work toward settlement of their debt is in the finest interest of that person, our customer, and of course Valley Credit Service.
