The Aesthetic Center began using IPL in 2001 for Photo Rejuvenation of the skin on the face and neck and hands. In 2003 the Aesthetic Center began using Thermage to tighten the skin on the face. Since 2002, the Vein Treatment Center has used the Endovenous Laser Treatment (EVLT ) as a option to treat veins. He began using laser assisted lipo suction in 2007. As a surgeon, Dr. Richardson has always performed surgery on varicose veins but has improved the technique to the point where a high ligation and stripping of the Long or Short Saphenous vein never requires hospitalization.
