My garage door stopped working last Friday morning so I googled garage door repair near Denton Texas and found Veteran Garage Door Repair. To my surprise, they were able to get a tech out that evening. William "the tech" was very helpful! He explained the pricing of repair vs replacement. I chose to replace the entire unit and William had it done in about an hour! Also.
While William was in the middle of disassembling the old garage door opener, I found a water leak in my bathroom. William helped me find the water valve and turned it off. From the initial call to set the appointment to the tech completing the work, I had a great experience and will recommend them to everyone I know!

Had them install a new double garage door and new openers on the double and a single door about a year ago. Today they returned as the double wasn't closing properly. Small adjustment and lube, and all is well. We are amazed, as are friends, at how quiet and smoothly the doors operate. An email yesterday resulted in an appointment and repair today. Cameron crushed it. I was at the end of my rope with our garage door binding and unable to open or close properly. He showed up (even came early), assessed the issue, was able to explain and demonstrate what was wrong clearly, and fixed it in under 2 hours. Hindsight being what it is, I wished I'd called these guys a lot sooner

Tech showed up on time. He was extremely kind and professional. My torsion spring was broken and required to be fixed. When finished, the tech rebuilt one bracket and inserted sheet metal screws for free. Excellent service for the cost! I hope their business has been doing well for a long time. I will certainly tell my family and friends about them.

Very impressed. Technician Jovani arrived on time and quickly diagnosed my problem then offered several options to fix the issue. Given the age of my garage door opener I decided to purchase a new system with Wi-Fi access. Jovani worked quickly and professionally. Cleaned up after each step. Performed some extra maintenance on my door, rollers and springs and aligned the open and close position for the new opener and it works great, is much quieter than my previous unit and with the Wi-Fi connection is easy for me to make sure that the door is closed each night. Great company to deal with.

I asked assistance from Veteran because my overhead garage door refused to close all the way. I was happy with their quick response.
