When my garage door stopped working on a Sunday morning, I assumed I wouldn't be able to get someone out to look at it until Monday. But Veteran came out on Sunday, no extra charge, and fixed it. They were polite and friendly, the price was reasonable, and they called me that evening to follow up and make sure the work was satisfactory, which I really appreciated.

My garage door's spring mechanism broke a few weeks ago. After searching, I decided to contact veteran garage door repair. I thought I'd never get anyone out on a Saturday. Surprisingly, they arrived 45 minutes after I called and finished the job in an hour. Our garage door was custom-built, and the parts are no longer accessible. So I got a new setup (without a door which was okay). I was happy with the answer and how quickly the job was done. Thanks a lot!

One of our heavy wooden garage doors wouldn't lower a few days ago and pulled a rail off the wall. JT came a day after we called and quickly identified the issue and fixed it as well as checking both doors for any potential issues. He also stabilized the other garage door to prevent a future problem. He was thorough, had to move some garage items around and was gone in about 2 hours. We are very pleased with Veterans and JT.

Veteran Garage Door Repair is one of the best. The staff was helpful when I called today. They texted the tech's arrival time. Jose is a tech guy who is very skilled. Once he replaced a broken spring, he checked my door and suggested a few improvements. He replaced a few hinges and tightened every screw. Also, he fine-tuned the belt for free. He never tried to upsell me, which is rare today. I really think you should hire them to fix your garage door.

Technician Zach was here early for our appointment and was ready to go! He looked at the door, made an assessment, told me how he was going to repair it and gave me the cost. Zach replaced all the rollers and cables, greased up the hinges and was done in a little over an hour. The cost was a little high BUT you get what you pay for. Professionalism, great service, quality parts and a warranty. Very happy with Veteran Garage Door will definitely call on them again for any future garage door needs! Great job!
