Due to an unfortunate situation, the cable on my new garage opener needed repair/adjustment. VGDR sent Tech Wes and Supervisor TJ to assist timely. They honored my warranty. Wes worked diligently to fix the problem! TJ's examination addressed another concern, which led to the replacement of the lower roller brackets. GREAT JOB!

They provided great service. I used their service 3 times within 2 years. New door installation, door panel replacement (I fit the panel when I backed up little earlier before the door completely open), then today I needed chain replacement. It was easy fix but after technician left, I heard pop sound and smoke came from motor. It was 16 years old motor.
It was time to get a new one. I called him right away, he came back to check the motor. He removed old rails, chain, the motor from the garage while I went to HomeDepot. He installed my new motor. He already fixed the problem I had before we found the motor needed to replace and installed new motor and rail and everything. But they only charged installation fee.
They reimbursed and refunded the money I paid extra for their first service. They usually be on time. If they are not able to, they communicated with me and gave me update. Technicians were very honest every appointments and gave me a great advice every time when I ask their opinions. I highly recommend this company.

This was the second time I used Veteran Garage Door Repair. First was because I wanted to change the rollers which was great. This time I had a broken spring. They gave me a free estimate and was a great value. Work was fast and on time! Highly recommend!

Very happy with our new garage doors so far. We purchased 2 new 8ft x 7ft doors from them. They were able to beat a competing offer and willing to provide as much as info as we needed during the quote/estimate phase. The doors are working very good so far (it has been 2 days). And the work comes with a 2 year warranty, so we have the ease of mind that even if something breaks due to wrong installation or something like that, they will come and fix it.

This company is the best. They came to our rescue on the busiest day of the year. Of course on a weekend too. Unfortunately, a few days later the garage door came off the rails and they had to come back out. I was so grateful they did not make us wait a day longer. They sent the same crew back out and had it fixed in no time. Great customer service. We appreciate all their efforts to get our garage door fixed without the wait. Highly recommend them.

Jesse from Veterans Garage door was able to come out earlier than expected (called and asked and was very easy to work with) and knocked out our repair in a timely manner. He was professional, knew what he was doing and informative- showed me some additional spots that needed some attention and explained some differences in an upgraded parts to let me make an informed decision by asking questions about how long we planned on living in the home and the types of usage we put the door through so he could advise properly. Would recommend 10/10 Veterans Garage Door to anyone needing service or repair. Will use again in the future if needs arise.

Zach was great! The office communicated with me that he was available early. Zach listened to my concerns, operated the door a couple times, went over his diagnosis with me, and then went over the work he did. He did not even try to collect payment (which was very reasonable!) until he was sure I was satisfied. Our door is now operating properly again! I contacted Veteran Garage Door when my door spring broke. I looked for a potential repair service in the BBB and liked their company profile and the fact they didn't have any grievances against them. I contacted them from the BBB site so that made contact easier. I also went to their website and I like their company policies. They don't charge a trip charge, there is a no obligation in-home estimate and they don't charge extra on weekends.
They responded quickly and there was no pressure. The company was very professional and followed up with call to set an appointment. My repairman came out and did an excellent job. He was friendly and answered all my questions. Zack assessed my situation and gave me an up front quote and there was no hidden fees or mark ups added on. Zack worked quickly and efficiently.
He got the job done fast and was intent on my complete happiness with his work. He was very respectful of my property and cleaned up before he left. I am extremely happy with Veteran Garage Door, their work and Zack's service. I am so happy I called them.

This company is great! Very professional but still friendly and customer service oriented. Christian was an excellent tech to work around my mess to replace the spring, and add one, to lubricate the door, replace the wheels, and had a backup remote! With all the heat, he worked efficiently and thoroughly and was done in about an hour. I'm in NFtW Alliance area. He called to let me know he would be early and gave me a price right away. Very reasonable. Definitely recommend. Thanks so much!

First time using Veteran Garage Door. I have finally found a company that I want to refer to friends and family. I initially called for a technician to come out and look at our faulty garage opener. After making an appointment, I immediately received a text with information regarding the appointment. Unlike any other service providing company, the technician (Sergio) was not only on time, but he was early.
He called to ensure we were fine with him arriving early, and was extremely professional and thorough with the inspection. While we ended up needing a new opener, there was no pressuring sales pitch. Sergio was very informative, laid out the options and was even able to come back the next day to install the new opener. Again, Sergio called prior to the visit to provide an estimated time of arrival and arrived at the exact time he said he would.
He completed the installation and again was very polite and professional. He walked me through the new system and helped me program the key pad. I could not be any happier with my experience! If you are looking for a company that actually provides expectations and not only follows through, but exceeds those expectations, Veterans Garage Door is the go to choice!

Chris with Veterans garage door came out today and resolved issues that three separate doors were experiencing. He was polite and professional explaining all work and cost before beginning. He was quick with the work and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction before leaving. Would definitely recommend them for garage door repairs.

Quick service, price difference between the different springs were not much so I went with lifetime springs for my garage door, which was broken. They called me to let me know they can come even earlier than my scheduled appointment time. Installation and maintenance was quick! My total downtime for my garage was about 3 hours, from knowing something was wrong, calling Veteran Garage Door Repair and getting it fixed! Not bad, I'm highly impressed. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in Waxahachie!

Excellent experience working with Veteran Garage Door Repair company, from very first interaction during appointment scheduling to working with technician, and follow up from company's office staff. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to repair garage door and return it to the working order fairly quickly. We did not had to reschedule after the initial estimate, since all the work was completed the same day. Highly recommend this company if garage repairs are needed.

We are very satisfied with the service we received today. From the very first phone call on Wednesday, I spoke with a gentleman, really wish I could remember his name, who was just so friendly and professional. I really wanted to get an appointment in the next day but he was booked and didn't have anything until Friday. Which I understood. My husband did have someone come out on Thursday and the company he called out was just so unprofessional and outrageous prices.
I called Veteran's again and was able to have someone come out on Saturday morning. I received a call from my technician letting me know he was 20 minutes away. We decided to go with the company because they were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a new spring put in. Process was quick. They went above and beyond from what my husband and I expected. We are very pleased with the work and over all how kind they were. Will be recommending them again.

Veteran Garage door repair does the right things in regards to customer service. 1. You call and actually talk to someone without tons of automated call options. 2. They offer 2 hour windows and call/text when they are on the way. I've been given a morning or afternoon time slot with other providers. 3. They come and don't charge you a thing until they explain what your options or potential solutions might be. 4.
Their prices are very fair. 5. When the tech is done and has left, the office calls up (within 15 minutes) to make sure that everything is fixed and to your liking. Lance was my tech, and had no problems explaining the issue that was going on, and then seemed in no hurry when I asked a lot about different maintenance items and settings. He also gave me some warnings to watch out for with a aging motor. Great service.

I called Veteran Garage Doors at 4pm on Thursday because my 40 year garage door had finally given up and they happen to come up on my garage door service search on Google! They came out on Friday to give the free estimate and had their crew out on Saturday morning at 8am to replace the door. By 11am I had the exact color and door style I wanted installed perfectly! The service is excellent, their prices are fair, the work is quality AND they are super fast! I would recommend these guys 100%
