Excellent experience! Called them at 4:30pm. They arrived at 5:15pm. He finished the spring replacement, replaced the metal guide wheels with nylons, lubed all wheels and hinges and finished at 6:10pm.

Had a spring break late morning on a Friday. I called a couple of companies to see who could get to me sooner than later. Veteran was able to setup a same-day appointment, and even arrived sooner than expected. Jessie's service was tremendous! We were offered multiple options for the repair to fit our budget and needs, and the job was completed very much to our satisfaction, and then some.

We had our garage door break yesterday. The j arm was folding up on the door when it went down because the plastic wheels were just old and broken down. The couple of recommendations in this group were closed today but we found another highly recommended company here in mckinney. Veteran garage door. They were open yesterday scheduled us for today and someone was here by 8:30am. They fixed our door in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them again when our spring system goes out. They even just called to be sure we were happy with our service. Highly highly recommend veteran garage door.

Friendly and effective! Tech solved a problem that wasn't clear at first. I had examined the sensors, cleaned them, and examined the bolts holding the rails of the door frame. Aaron, our tech expert, noticed a defective sensor. He put in whole new circuitry and sensors. We are now sure that the door will shut all the way when we leave our house. Thank you so much, friend!

Codie replaced my broken spring, and lubricated my rollers. All work was completed in less than 1 hour. I have used Veteran at three different house, each time they provided outstanding service.

When I called veteran garage door repair after 5 p.m., they answered right away. I took photos of the garage door issue and sent them to the technician. The pricing he sent me was fair and reasonable. The technician came out that night and fixed several problems with my garage door. The garage door now works better and is more stable.

They were amazing. They came out the very next day, fixed the garage door on the spot. The repair men were very nice and reasonably priced. Even the price to replace the entire door was reasonable. They took the time to explain what had caused the door to need a repair. You can tell they care about their customers. They are honest and straight forward, not at all pushy. I highly recommend them.

My garage stopped working after replaced the replacement battery for my Chamberlain system. I called Veteran Garage Door Service today and was scheduled an appointment for the tomorrow for Friday. Their technician called me this afternoon because he is area and asked if he can come today. Oh my God I was so thankful that Mr. Miguel C called and less than 15 minutes he arrived.
He figured out the issue and the problem was my breaker box for garage had flipped. It started to work and didn't charge me! He advised a new system to replace this old model. Very professional! Made appointment for spring replacement and they called and asked if they could come earlier. Of course! Prices seem fair. They were super friendly and very efficient. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I will also recommend them to anybody that needs this service.

My garage door spring broke on Saturday and on Sunday morning Veteran removed the broken unit and installed 2 new springs. They inspected everything and made sure that my garage door and motor are running smoothly. From my experience, they are trained professionals and will answer any questions or concerns you may have.
