Christian came by our house last night to take a look at our gasping garage door. He was informative, polite and honest about the problem. He could have told us we needed a new door, and we would not have known any better. He installed a new spring kit and replaced the wheels. I backed against the garage door two days before getting a new opener. I called veteran garage door repair to tell them they would have to do more work than they had originally planned. They agreed to verify availability and get a return to me. They had supplies and would fix it a day ahead. Jesse, the installer, was courteous and skilled.

Fantastic work. Due to a broken torsional spring, my car is stuck inside the garage. These doors are much heavier without the spring. They showed up the very next day (a Sunday) and corrected it within an hour. The tech man was knowledgeable and helpful. After observing his work, I decided it was best that he make the fix instead of me. I'm delighted with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Technician Jordan J. came out, assessed the damage and was extremely knowledgeable and patient, answering every question we had. They emailed us a detailed estimate the very next day. I called and made the appointment for the next day. Christian R. Called the next day and stated that he was 15 minutes away. He arrived and introduced himself and we went into the garage and he looked at the door and within 5 minutes he told me what was wrong and why that happened. He then gave me an estimate and I agreed. He went right to work and finished the repair in less than an hour. Christian's costumer service was top notch and my garage door has never worked that good. I highly recommend this company and Christian.

With the ice storm, the service I usually call said they may be able to get out to me in the next 3 days or so, maybe. I'm glad I called these guys! They told me they would be out the next morning and they came through. I think their prices and warranty services are priced very competitively and the tech that came out was very professional.
