Second service request: John was able to get my blow motor from carrier as the part was still under warranty. Mario installed the blow motor once it arrived. Excellent customer service.

Vibrant Mechanical was extremely responsive, came out the same day I called and had an extremely professional and informative technician by the name of Mario to come by. He explained everything to me thoroughly and also explained to me how to get the best use of my AC being that I have 3 floors. Called them out of desperation on a Friday night for a top tier foodservice dealer and one of their top accounts. AI wasnt bad, but it was AI. John, the on call tech in Houston, called me back and sent everything electronically to get set up. He got in the phone with the customer and I because I didnt have the info, as this was after hours and I was not working. Sent me a service report right away through their automated system with a video. Got the unit up and running for the night and is coming back the next day for the permanent fix. Highly recommend if they have more techs like John. The investment in technology is highly appreciated.

These guys are epic. I have a very difficult system to get to and had called many places that basically told me tough luck. Not Vibrant. They said they'd do it and they did. They went WAY above and beyond. I cannot say enough about how courteous and professional they were. 10 Stars.

I cant say enough good things about this HVAC company! They came out quickly when the AC in my mobile dog grooming van went out, and had me back up and running in no time. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Working AC is critical for keeping the dogs comfortable, and they really understood how important it was to get it fixed fast. The repair was done right the first time, and my van has been running perfectly cool ever since. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs reliable and friendly HVAC service!

When I called this company, not only was I fit promptly into the schedule, but I got quick service and a price point that didn't break my wallet.
John was very professional, and you could tell that he truly cared for his work and made sure I was happy.
