read moreToday, Vinyard Fruit & Vegetable Co. is a full-service, fresh-cut produce processor based in Oklahoma City. Roy & Pamela Vinyard purchased Jack's Potato House in 1969 from Jack Hill, the company founder. Jack started the company in a very small building with 6 employees who made and delivered an estimated 9,000 pounds of fresh-cut French fries per week to Oklahoma City wholesale clients. Over the next five years, Roy and Pam began offering their customers whole-case, unprocessed potatoes, onions and other fresh vegetables.
