Dr. Hull did his undergraduate studies at Northern Illinois University, where he received a bachelors of science in biology. He received his doctorate of Optometry at the Illinois College of Optometry, Chicago, IL. He specialized in family practice and ocular disease at the Hillman Medical Center, Chicago and the Tallahassee, FL VA medical center. He received the Yale C. Knight award while at ICO, and graduated in 1998. He was named to Who's who in Optometry in 2001.
