We invested together to buy Chase Trans Info from The Chase Manhattan Bank in 1989. After successfully growing CTI Logistics, we presided over the sale of CTI Logistics in 1994. In 1995 we formed Virtual Transportation Management Inc. (VTM). We have staff that has been with us through important industry developments, such as Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Electronic Rating, Cloud Dashboards, Document Imaging, Online Reject Resolution & Foreign Currency Payments, just to name a few.
