read moreI highly recommend this tree removal company! Walt came out for an estimate when a branch fell in my friends yard. She wasn't able to be home so I stepped in to deal with her concerns.
Walt was very professional from start to finish. The homeowner was not able to be present during the service so, again, I stepped in. The crew gave notice when they were on the way. Upon arrival, they were courteous. They took time to discuss moving any objects that could get damaged during the removal. They also took time to discuss among themselves the safest way to do the job so as not to cause injury. I was happy to see the concern they had with safety (rigging equipment and personal safety gear).
When the job was completed, Walt asked if there were any other concerns and if I was happy with the clean-up of debris. He then suggested other non-pressing issues for future service.
Overall, this crew was professional and a delight to have done business with! They kept things light with laughter and jokes as well!

He was professional and responsive to my questions and offered suggestions when I pressed him for ideas. read moreI had a very large tree blown over in a recent storm. The tree fell over into the neighbors property and was lying on two of their automobiles. Not good! This happened in the middle of the night. There were a lot of trees down in the region as this was a significant storm. I knew that getting a licensed, bonded and insured firm to come out quickly would be difficult as many others were experiencing the same situation, but I needed to get that tree off of the neighbors cars fast without causing any additional damage.

I called Walts Tree & Stump Removals emergency number long before business hours. Walt answered and within an hour he was at my home assessing the situation. Within another hour and a half his crew was on site. They went to work quickly and efficiently. They carefully removed the top of the tree from my neighbors vehicles with no additional damage and proceeded to cut up and remove the entire tree as well as remove limbs that were broken in adjacent trees as my tree fell. No widow makers left dangling. He also removed some branches that were on my storage building without any damage to that structure as well.

Within a few hours, Walt and his crew had completed the job and were on their way. These guys were professional, knowledgeable, polite, expedient and thorough. Everything was cleaned up and if you didnt know a tree was laying across mine and the neighbors yard, you would never know it, the job was done so well. They even cleaned up the sawdust on the grass from where they cut the tree and used a blower to blow off my driveway.

Walt was very attentive, answered all of my questions, did exactly what he said what he was going to do and charged a fair price. In the future, Walt will be my tree guy. Based upon my experience, I would highly recommend him and his crew. The job they did exceeded my expectations. My thanks to Walt Saunders and his guys for a job well done.

The next day he gave a simple, clear, and reasonably priced quote. We did, everything via text so no missed work and he didn't try to upsell me on anything.
