The movers were on time, professional, and took great care with our possessions. unloading was quick and easy. Paperwork and inventory were handled properly. From dispatch to final delivery, communication was great.

I used Ward North American for what I thought was going to be an easy and quick move. My mother had one storage unit, a 10X10 with items from her old home and was moving into a new home after a year. I thought she had sold most of her belongings and had only kept the important items. The day Ward North American was to get her stuff out and take it to her new home, I received a call from the movers saying that the unit was packed to the top and was going to take more trips than previously planned because the vehicle they had for that specific move was smaller than most of their other fleet.
The gentleman I spoke with, a Jason Massiate, was extremely courteous and understanding and told me they would get the job done and not to worry about a thing. My mother said that the movers were extremely patient and polite and was very satisfied with their work. Needless to say, when I'm ready for another move I know who I will be calling. I have heard some horror stories about movers and moving companies so I was extremely grateful for this experience with Ward North American moving company.

read moreWard NorthAmerican did a fantastic job for us from beginning to end. Called on a Monday Roger came to our home Tuesday inventoried what was to be moved and had us a quote by Wednesday. After reviewing all of our options we decided to use Ward N.A. Heidi was our move coordinator and set the move up for that Friday (2 days wow). Was told movers would be there between 8am & 10am and they were there at 8:15. Their names were Matt and Hector very nice and very professional. All social distance protocols were observed.
