Ward's Family Karate

Sensei Scott Ward has lived in Colorado Springs since 1993. He was trained by Kyoshi Haynes of the Family Karate Center, right here in the Springs, in the art of Shotokan Karate, and was awarded a Black Belt on April 15th 2006. Sensei Ward has competed in local, state, and national level tournaments since the beginning of his training. As a brown belt Sensei Ward became a National Sparring Champion, winning the 2005 State Games of America.
