Since then, as a result of the hard work put forth by Tom and his wife Marilyn, Wardway's primary fuel operation has grown and diversified to include complete propane service, racing gasoline, Sunoco Race Gas, methanol, nitrous oxide, CO2, and helium. After Tom's sudden death in January 1988, the family business carried on and continued to expand under Marilyn, sons Gary and Kevin, and daughter Diana. During that time Wardway's Grill and Pool Shop opened with expanded product and service offerings.
