Started the family classes a couple months ago and its been worth every penny. The flow of each training session makes sense, and I always come away having learned a new skill. It's also a great workout, and the atmosphere is geared towards learning and safety. I really like this gym. My son and I have been coming to the family sessions for almost a year-and-a-half now and have made some great friends.
