For several decades, WCC&E has successfully represented public entities and private individuals in major litigation. In the 1980's, WCC&E successfully defended the Big Rock Mesa Landslide litigation, then touted as the biggest litigation in the country. In the 1990's, WCC&E represented a range of claimants in litigation varying from business and individual injury litigants to various class actions, and then defended the Hollywood MTA street collapse cases. In 2001, WCC&E received two of the top ten biggest verdicts in the state of California.
