John replaced and installed an exterior tankless hot water heater at our house. During the process he also replaced faulty piping and connections that were not code compliant. I cannot say enough good things about this experience (experiences.) Had some odd issues with a newer water heater. Called WHW- John gave me his opinion, I tried to have it fixed by replacing some things - even though he thought we should replace under warranty- Long story short, it didn't fix all the problems. John checked in , we tackled the issues and went with a replacement and all is fixed and perfect. He never tried to talk me into anything or rip me off in any way possible. Completely transparent and respectful. After each time he was here, after a few days he checked in and made sure everything was as it was supposed to be. I will always call WHW for any issues in the future. Thanks again! My appreciation for service is abundant.

They helped me with options to replace a hot water heater, were responsive to questions and timely and professional in performing the work. They also coordinated with an electrician and dealt with permitting. I would call upon them again, if needed.

Honesty, Promptness, and Integrity. I called the Water Heater Warriors and two minutes into the conversation I knew this company was the one. The knowledge over the phone, no nonsense quote was all that you can ask for. I was told that he would arrive to my home between 8:30 and 9:00 am and he was there 10 Mins before. I was quoted a price and after accepting the quote I called around and no one could match or had the over the phone knowledge they had. No only did he keep me informed on what he was doing, he even saved me a thousand dollars. I now have a plumber that I can trust. I would recommend the Water Heater Warriors 10 times out of 10.

I had to straighten out an expired permit situation at my FL home while living out of state.
