Waters Shipping Company had it's beginning on February 6, 1960 and is the oldest customs brokerage and freight forwarder corporation in North Carolina, with Customshouse Broker license number 3379 and FMC license number 70. The firm was established by 0. W. Waters, holder of Bureau of Customs Customhouse Broker License Number 2371 issued April 29, 1949. Mr. Waters is still active in the day to day operation of the firm.
