Our 1st project for this customer was a Disaster Recovery Study and Plan in the event that the PBX failed at their headquarter location. This firm processed the most of their orders over the phone. Another contingency was if a fire, flood or other disaster affected their Headquarters. Upon completion of this project, we were asked to review their other telecommunications services and contracts.
