I want to thank WE BUY HOUSES AZ! We were closing in a week and my dad ended up very sick in the hospital. I knew I wouldnt be able to get everything signed in time. I moved here to AZ in 2000. I have bought & sold many homes over the years in 3 other states. The selling of our last home by Steve & his company has by far been the best experience I have ever had in what is usually a VERY stressful situation!
When Steve and Tomas came to our house that weekend to take a look at it I was still on the fence as to if this was a scam or not because I have read so many horror stories of companies buying your home and you don't get what was promised to you in the end!

Stephen and his team are amazing! They helped our family get out of a bad situation and get back on track with our finances. Stephen is honest and his work ethics are unparalleled. He spent a lot of his time analyzing our options, then he gave us good solid advice. He didn't have to do any of that, but he did anyway out of the kindness of his heart. We had to sell my brother's place quickly due to medical reasons. I had been stressed out for almost a year dealing with his finances and needed to sell his condo so that we wouldn't have that bill anymore. He wasn't going to be able to live there so why keep paying on it. We contacted We Buy Houses and we had an offer within 2 days. Lonie and Stephen were so understanding, helpful and made the whole experience stress free. We had one inspection and that was it! No realtors to deal with. No additional buyers or showings. They told us to take what we wanted and to leave what we didn't. The best part was that they would get rid of everything else for us. They also informed us that they will have organizations (women's shelters, etc) come in and take stuff that they can use before they got rid of it. 2 weeks later and everything is done. UPDATE: The renovations to my dads house are completed and AMAZING! We were able to see the house just before it went on the market and we were thrilled to see the thought and quality that went into it all.
