He inspected the roof and helped me put the claim in with my insurance company..helped me from start to finish. The Weatherguard representative was present when my insurance company came to inspect my roof to assure that everyone was on the same page in regard to the damage and what would be covered. Ultimately we got a new roof. On the day of installation, the office staff kept me informed of deliveries and when the crew would arrive...Everyone was on time and the job ran on schedule. The crew made sure to tarp around my house to not only protect my home from damage but in addition to protect my landscaping. Upon completion of the job, the crew took great care to check for nails and other debris in my yard. I would highly recommend the Weatherguard team...In fact I did..they also completed several of my neighbors roofs.

Wonderful experience
We have had a wonderful experience with Weatherguard Roofing and cannot recommend them emphatically enough! Our home re-roofing project was spearheaded by Alex Roach following a significant hail storm this past spring. Alex was responsive and as accommodating as he could possibly be, both in the process of working with adjusters and during the actual construction itself. The crew was professional, courteous, and left the project organized and clean at the end of each day's work even when they knew they would be returning the next day. One night, they returned to our home after dark and we could hear them on the roof turns out, they returned to tarp a few areas because the chance of rain had gone up to 50%, and they wanted to make sure nothing was compromised in the still unfinished areas. We were so impressed by their considerateness! It is worth noting that the Weatherguard team was replacing a roof that we had just had replaced in 2018. We had always felt like the subcontractors on that 2018 project did a sub-par job there were leaks after that replacement that hadn't been there before, and that team's solution always seemed to be to apply more caulk in those areas. This Weatherguard group unearthed SO MANY cut corners, showed us, and fixed them. They hold themselves to a standard that I wish all contractors had. We used the same 30 year shingle this time as we did 4 years ago, but this go round, I have every confidence the roof done by Weatherguard Roofing will stand that test of time. Value for Money
