Mr. Bass graduated from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin with a B. A. In Economics. His 1st 15 years out of college were spent in the hotel industry, 1st in operations and then in sales/marketing with Marriott Hotels in New Orleans, Atlas Hotels in San Diego, and Hilton Hotels in Anaheim. Wayne entered the home improvement field in the late 80's and never looked back. When Wayne's not busy improving Orange County one house at a time, he enjoys writing, biking, kayaking, playing tennis and listening to local jazz artists.
