I had been to my doctor, who wanted to prescribe muscle relaxers, which I didn't want to take. A coworker suggested I see Kathryn. Kathryn located the painful knots in my shoulders innediately, and worked intensely on my back and neck. After just a few treatments, my shoulder pain and the numbness was gone. I still go to see her for monthly maintenance. She is great!
