Welsh Paper Company was established on March 18, 1983 by Gordon and Peggy Welsh. Since then we have grown from our original 20, 000 square foot facility to utilizing over 240, 000 square feet including the locations in Youngsville, Winston-Salem, and Charlotte. The firm was established as a family business and still is strongly centered around family today. We started with only 8 employees and currently employ over 75.
