West Coast Waste and Roll Off

I needed a dumpster rental for a Saturday morning and forgot to make arrangements during the work week. Friday evening about 5 pm I contacted 2 other companies who had no availability. We needed a 20-yard container for the house project we had in mind. I reached out to West Coast Waster via Yelp. They responded along with 4 other companies! However, West Coast was the only company that had a dumpster to rent and they answered all of my questions and followed up via Yelp messaging but not intrusive. The price quoted was higher than others I had received. Ultimately, the Owner Rudy gave me his personal cellphone number to speak because it was getting later (about 7 pm). After much discussion with family members, we decided to go with West Coast so I gave him a call. I am so glad I did. Rudy explained he actually only had a 40-yard container but was willing to allow me to use this one instead at no extra charge. It was a 4-ton container but if I went over, then $100 extra. I was confident we would not go over and booked for Saturday morning. It was delivered earlier than promised. The container met all our expectations. Once finished, I just simply called Rudy back and he came and retrieved it at 8:30 am. What an epic relief and the project is still continuing but much much more manageable now. Thank you Rudy and I highly recommend them. Professional, courteous and responsive! Worth the money spent!
