Missy McVicker Dibble graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, with a minor in business. She started her career working for various hotels and event venues throughout Kansas and Missouri. During that time she was able to earn valuable experience producing 100's of events and working with numerous wedding and event vendors. In 2004, Missy created White Lily Weddings & Events. Throughout the past five years, White Lily has successfully coordinated events of all kinds and budgets throughout the Kansas City Metro.
