Wiles Architects and the Building Committee's fundamental mission was to create the 1st high tech agri-science facilities in Connecticut. Which included a automated greenhouse com-plete with retail space, biotechnology labs with tissue culturing, floral design studio, animal husbandry labs, state of the art computer lab and a multi-purpose room. Wiles Studio's work was recognized with the A. I. A. Design Excellence Award for Educational Faculties.
