In brief, I was born, raised and have lived in Santa Barbara most of my life. During my thirty five years of law practice, I have assisted individuals in planning and managing their estates, as well as representing corporate and personal customers in business planning and transactions, real estate matters and in general transactional law issues. In 1974 I established the California Law Institute, now the Santa Barbara College of Law, where I was the school's President of Administration and Academic Dean.
