Wilson-Covington Construction Company was incorporated in 1947. It was the outgrowth of a long association between Jack Covington, Burke Wilson, and Reuben Wilson. The firm was originally established to evolve and construct multifamily apartments complexes, the 1st of these being Ardmore Terrace and Cloverdale Apartments in the late 1940s Its property management started concurrently with the construction of these projects and today Wilson-Covington manages nearly 1, 600 domestic units for various owners as well as 440, 000 square feet of commercial space.
