They currently use the organization Optum to provide authorizations, payments, and a provider network. Western is contracted with Providence to provide services to their members. We will be able to provide these without any interruption and change in services. This list of health plans includes most of the major insurance companies in the Metro area. All new Chemical Dependency clients are asked to fill out the paperwork on-line and bring to the first appointment. If you have completed the necessary paperwork on-line, please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment. If you have not completed the paperwork on-line, arrive 1 hour before the scheduled appointment to complete the necessary paperwork.
