Wine Works

Following service in the Army, Hugh remained in Germany for many years. During this time he traveled extensively throughout the region, including his home country plus Italy, France, Spain, England and Greece. Each new place provided the possibility to learn the characteristics and unique tastes of the local wines. Hugh acquired much of his knowledge of wine making with local European wineries through hands-on experience, from picking to pressing to fermenting. Hugh developed a keen capability to produce custom wines that fulfill the wants and requirements of the most discriminating taste buds!
