Excellent company run by honest and experienced people. I would highly recommend Wise Waterproofing for all your basement / waterproofing needs. We had, what we thought was a serious issue in our basement. I contacted Wise Waterproofing and the owner, DJ Wise, was at my home the next day at 6 am! he quickly identified the issue as a faulty sup pump, and by 10 am that same morning the pump was replaced, and our issues resolved.

They are a very honest people; they did not try to sell me on expensive solutions or things I did not need to solve my issues. Give them a call, you will be pleased with their honesty, prompt response and quality service.

DJ came and did an assessment for us. He was very professional and honest with us about what we needed and pushed us in the best direction to go even if it wasn't the most financially lucrative for him. Wish more business owners were like him! Would recommend him to anyone.

So DJ (the owner) came out due to some basement issues and water issues in our yard. He was very honest, straight forward and professional. He explained the science behind the issues. He alleviated some fears about our basement walls. He informed us that the issues we presented were not emergent and he gave us peace of mind! We would highly recommend his services.

His estimate to fix our issues was again honest and not inflated like the other quotes we received. Also he indicated we could wait to address the issues and save some money to address them.

DJ came out to inspect my basement. He looked at the problem and was able to give me a quote for what the waterproofing would entail. He also said that if I fix an underlying problem I probably didn’t need waterproofing at all. He was correct and it saved me a tremendous amount of money time and frustration.
