WOMENS ONLY OUTDOOR FITNESS CAMP

Rod Turman and Wes Troxell have over fifteen years combined knowledge in the fitness and health industry. Their current certifications include Pilates, Fitness Coaching, Advanced Personal Trainer, Master Trainer, Speed, Agility, Quickness, and Life Coaching. These certifications have been obtained through The Cooper Institute and The National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association. They have trained numerous customers of varying ages and fitness levels.
