After gaining a bachelors degree in criminal justice from UW Platteville in 1992, Bill Wons got began in the employment screening industry through a local casino situated in Green Bay. Bill conducted intensive background investigations on employees in the Gaming Industry from 1992 to 2002, and then left and established Wons Background Investigations. Bill is a licensed private detective and the firm is a licensed private detective agency. He is currently working toward an MBA through UW Oshkosh and is a member of the National Association of Professional Background Sceeners.
