Built specifically to be a Bed and Breakfast, Woodrow House Bed and Breakfast is the culmination of four years of dreaming, planning, researching and designing by the owners and hosts, David and Dawn Fleming. The Woodrow House Bed and Breakfast is the 1st permanent structure built on the corner lot at nineteenth street and Boston Avenue in Lubbock TX. The land was 1st deeded by the state of Texas via Patent No. 457, Vol. 30 dated August 2, 1878.

Granny's Attic
read moreGranny's Attic, located on the third floor in the main house, is the largest bedroom in our Lubbock TX lodging. The room is named after Lunie Myrtle Fleming, David's paternal grandmother. Granny's Attic has an antique claw-foot tub in the private bath, as well as a wonderful view of the Texas Tech campus. The bed is a queen-size bed. Lunie was affectionately called "Granny" by her 7 grandchildren and her 15 great-grandchildren. The room is complemented with many of Granny's items including a needlepoint upholstered chair.
