Amazing! Cant recommend highly enough. Called when en route. Showed up on time. Assessed the situation quickly and didnt try to hard sell. They removed ripples from the carpet that were a trip and fall hazard for my mom then cleaned the carpet beautifully. I was so happy with the first room that I asked them to do another and then another. Stains that others said they couldnt remove are gone. Friendly, professional, and clearly know what they are doing. Very happy!

I had to have my carpets repaired and restreached after having replaced my condominium windows with high impact windows. Word of Mouth responded the same day that I contacted them for a quote which enabled me to compare quotes which I awarded to them a few days later. When contacting Laura at W of M to award the job, she scheduled me for the next day . Greg and Matt showed up on time, performed the job in 2 hours. I use them a couple times a year...OMG what a difference..pets stains gone! Even my Wood Look Tile is sparkling...and that is hard to clean! They clean other things too, Upholstery, etc.

They custom cut and bound carpet for elevator pads for our service elevator. It was a custom job that I had difficulty finding anyone else to do. They were very responsive and we are very happy with the results.

This is the first time ever that someone had the knowledge and skill to properly clean a 100 percent oriental wool rug. The carpet has never look this good since the day we bought it some 40+ years ago! The service tech was polite, congenial and a pleasure to be around. Albeit he was all work and no fluff. The furniture and area rugs look top notch also! Well worth the value!
