Yoga Center

The Yoga Center started as a dream I had. I was teaching yoga and wanted to find one central place for yogis to suit and practice yoga. So, in 1998 I opened in a space at Piccadilly Square in South Roanoke. I found that we needed more teachers than just myself so I started training teachers. Originally teachers volunteered their time and energy. We grew to have many volunteers, an Office Manager, Advisory Board and 9 paid teachers. We left that space in January 2010 and are now situated in historic Grandin Village. Our address is 1316 B Grandin Road SW, above Grace's Place Pizzeria.
